Meridian's mission is to enhance the well-being of families and individuals through evidence-based counseling interventions.

Our Services

Meridian is a community behavioral health agency which accepts all Medicaid plans. We are committed to providing a wide range of mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. These services are vital in the path to gaining and maintaining functioning ability to enhance clients’ inclusion in the community. This is accomplished by working with a holistic system of care and a comprehensive treatment team. The impact of mental illness is exhibited in the lives of those directly affected, as well as their families. We work with our clients and their families to reduce, repair, and reverse the impact of these challenges.

Licensed (LCSW/LMHC) and master’s level license-eligible clinicians conduct all diagnostic assessments for our clients and provide mental health services. These high standards carry over to our ABA (Autism spectrum) services with a staff of board-certified registered behavior technicians supervised by BCBAs. Targeted Case Management and Housing teams are staffed with board-certified behavioral health case managers (CBHCMs) who are supervised by licensed clinicians and CBHCMS.

Our services will provide you with a strong foundation as you move forward in your daily lives. We offer you a partnership in planning and achieving your goals. We offer you our helping hand, a listening ear, and our promise of exceptional care.
