Offers individual, couple, family, and group counseling for individuals in a traditional outpatient or community setting. Our therapists provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults that struggle with managing a wide range of mental health, behavioral and/or substance use disorders.

Service is driven by goal-oriented and individualized support through assessment, planning, resource linkage, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring of service. These services are in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, professional ethics, and company policies and procedures.

This service is for adults with mental illnesses and other psychiatric concerns who require assistance in managing symptoms and improve functioning.
The goal of psychosocial rehabilitation is to teach emotional, cognitive, and social skills that help individuals diagnosed with mental illness live and work in their communities as independently as possible.

This program is designed to serve youth ages 4-21 utilizing evidence-based techniques to address problematic behaviors that put children at risk of being displaced from their homes.

In collaboration with Medicaid, this pilot program provides assistance locating affordable housing, security deposit assistance, housing maintenance, mobile crisis and peer support to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
